We scoured the web on a search for the very best Jewish Community Center websites. What did we find? Stunning photography, clean layouts, user-friendly navigation...and a few elements that took us by surprise!

Alper JCC - Miami
Visiting the Alper JCC website is a fun experience, with its vivid photography, cool CSS3 transitions and fixed navigation.
Kaplen JCC on the Palisades
In addition to the clean layout and high quality images, the Kaplen JCC features an interesting typeface, Questrial.
Addison-Penzak JCC of Silicon Valley
The Silicon Valley JCC's website is clean and well-organized, with call-to-action buttons that really stand out.
Jewish Community of Louisville
The Jewish Community of Louisville website sticks to a monochromatic color scheme, using only shades of blue, which creates a clean, easy-on-the-eyes look. Menu items feature a cool rollover state—visit the site to see it for yourself!
JCC Metro West
The JCC Metro West keeps things simple with a 4-item navigation menu. The Activities By Age is a great tool to help visitors easily find the right programs for their families.
Robert E-Loup JCC Denver
The Denver JCC uses plenty of whitespace to create a clean and simple look. The menu items and social media buttons feature some pretty slick CSS3 transitions.
Jewish Federation of Madison
The Jewish Federation of Madison website features a beautiful full-width image rotator and a long-scrolling homepage with "panes" for different sections of content.
Jewish Alliance of Greater Rhode Island (Dwares JCC)
This website has a beautiful design, but what we really love about the Jewish Alliance of Greater Rhode Island website is how the different age groups are displayed at the bottom of each page.
Evelyn Rubenstein JCC of Houston
The photography on the JCC Houston website is phenomenal, and we love how the navigation is broken down into Activities By Age and Activities By Interest.
2015 Dallas Maccabi Games
While not technically a JCC website, there is a lot to learn from the 2015 Dallas Maccabi Games website. This website bends the rules with a video background, diagonal lines (which adds some geometric flair), and a logo that is right smack in the middle of the page (rather than in the upper left corner, where we're used to seeing it).
So, what makes a JCC website great?
Based on this year's Top 10, it seems like the secret to a great JCC web design is:
